Are second evolutions allowed in Little Cup?

Are second evolutions allowed? Like Palpitoad or Zweilous?

For little cup, only first evolutions are allowed. For example, you could use a Dratini but not a Dragonair. Also, no Pokemon evolve at level 5 or earlier. Level 5 is the maximum level for Little Cup Battling. Go to the link below for more information. Hope this helps!

No. You can only use Pokemon in basic stages that are capable of evolving. For instance, I can’t use quilava in Little cup despite the fact that it’s not fully evolved; you would have to use Cyndaquil.

There is a middle cup, where you can use those kinds of pokemon, but very few people battle there.
