Are Electric-Terrain and Charge stackable?

I know Electric Terrain isn’t necessarily a very viable move (except for Rest-cancellation), and Charge is really only good for the Sp. Def boost, but are the two moves stackable? Electric-Terrain boosts the Electric move by 50%, and Charge doubles that. So used in that order, for example, would Charge Beam have a 210 base damage? (70 Base + 50% boost x 2)

I wouldn’t think so, as Electric Terrain is basically like a fairy counterpart for Misty Terrain and both of them are like each other, like if you had 2 of the same move it would only have the power of one f the moves if you used one.Second, it just doesn’t seem likely as none of the other moves like this are stackable.Basically only Game Freak know.
