Any Tips For The Masuda Method

I have already tryed 5-6 times to get shiny pokemon the Masuda way i breeded a Japanese Oshuawatt with a English Ditto.Do you have any other tips to make it faster,if you do please submitt a anwser please.

Chances are 4:8192. 5 - 6 tries probably means nothing. You just have to try

Well depending how you think about it your chances technically increase the more eggs you hatch (ie hatch 5000 eggs straight with no shiny you’re something around 73% likely to get one on your next egg thanks to permutations & probabilities) but ya the best way is just to hatch as many as possible. The odds will always remain the same no matter how hard you try, I believe the odds of getting a shiny pokemon are somthing like 1 in 8,500 (just the estimate, I can’t remember the exact number) but don’t give up! Shiny Pokemon are amazing, I love my Shiny Metagross <3

well dont give up. i filled 23 pc boxes with failure. have a pokemon with flame body first in your party (eggs will hatch faster) and wait.
