Any suggestions for my 3rd ORAS Battle Spot Pokémon?

My current team, is:Kangaskhan @ KangaskhaniteNature: JollyAbility: ScrappyEVs: 252 Spe / 252 Att / 4 HP- Sucker Punch- Power Up Punch- Earthquake- Return

Donphan @ LeftoversNature: ImpishAbility: SturdyEVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Att- Stealth Rock A.K.A Zard Killer- Rapid Spin- Earthquake- Knock Off

I start by setting up my rocks, spamming Knock Off and Earthquake until Donphan dies. I then switch into Kang, and spam Poser Up Punch until I can sweep. The problem is that I have very little coverage and Kang often dies due to his frailness. Any tips on a 3rd Pokémon?

A Chansey with Eviolite/ A blissey with max hp and special defence would help as a spd tank. Give it Soft boiled, Seismic toss, toxic and protect
