If this is In X and Y, I suggest bringing out a Togekiss, because looking at that moveset on his Haxorous, it can’t touch a Togekiss except for a 4x ineffective Brick Break.

However, if this isn’t X and Y then I would suggest bringing out the Dragonite if it has the Multiscale ability, as after 1 Dragon Dance you will be faster than it, and you could definately probably 2HKO the Haxorous with a Dragon Claw.
