Absol:simply powerful or technique master?

I just wanna know some powerful movesets and battle techniques with this pokémon .also choose one of the two sides of my question and support your point of view

Well here is Absols stats compared to another OU Pokemon… Scizor! my personal favourite but I am sure Absol (user) would like a say in this.

Absols Stats:

HP 65 240 - 334ATTACK 130 238 - 394DEFENSE 60 112 - 240SP. ATK 75 139 - 273SP. DEF 60 112 - 240SPEED 75 139 - 273TOTAL 465

Scizors stats:

Well Absols Attack stat is equal with Scizors but Absol does have better Sp Attack stats so it depends if you are using Sp Attack moves or general Attack moves. Use Absol for Special Attacks but if you dont use Sp Attacks then go for it as a ‘technique master’ as you call it
